Vladan Veljovic

President and CEO

Vladan is responsible for all operations and business development of the organization. Vladan has over 15 years of experience in the energy and environmental sector in Canada, US and Europe. Prior to joining GreenSaver, he was the President & CEO of an international environmental corporation, VP for Business Development for a “Green Energy” utility in Toronto, and also headed several environmental divisions in the US and Canada. Vladan has an MBA and an Engineering degree.

Constantine Eliadis | Eng. MBA

Vice President Business Development, Commercial Services

Constantine is responsible for business development in the B2B market and GreenSaver’s program operations division. He is an executive management professional with 20+ years experience with new technology ventures. His 10+ years in Ontario’s energy sector includes foundational work in smart metering, demand response, renewables and energy conservation programming. He has worked as a management consultant, advising CEOs of energy technology companies across North America on business strategy, regulatory and financing.

Constantine holds a B.Eng. from McGill University (1985) and an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University. He is also a Director of Sustainable Buildings Canada and a regular editorial contributor to several industry publications.

Aubrey L. LeBlanc | M.Sc. MBA

Vice President Business Development, Consumer Services

Aubrey is responsible for business development in the B2C market and shaping the business success of the Energy Audits, Consulting and Retrofits Divisions of the organization. Responsible for the Ontario Building Code and leading the Tarion Warranty Corporation for a decade in former roles, he brings experience in the building and residential construction, financing, regulatory and risk management marketplace, with particular emphasis on consumer rights and technical innovation.

Recently as a consultant, he has advised professional organizations and builders in various aspects of business planning and compliance issues with governments; and government ministries with technical training and code and standards development. Aubrey holds M.Sc. (Wisconsin) and MBA (Schulich) degrees, and is a director of the Consumers Council of Canada.

Maija Nappi | CGA

Vice President – Finance and Administration

Maija is responsible for Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology and Administration for GreenSaver. She brings over 25 years of experience from various business sectors, such as retail, not-for-profit, health services, professional consulting business, printing and publishing, imaging and advertising. Maija’s most recent position was in a national retail corporation, where she held the position of CFO.

She has also served as a board member and a Treasurer for the Finnish Canadian Seniors Center and for the Finish Credit Union (Toronto) for the past six years. Maija is a Certified General Accountant and has a Certificate of Accounting from Ryerson University.

Wendy Cooke | CEA

Jay Bulger

Director – Home Improvements

Jay is responsible for all aspects of GreenSaver’s insulation services that provide comprehensive solutions for energy reduction, improved comfort, and lower building maintenance costs. Our full suite of insulation options – including spray foam, blown insulation, and draft proofing – allows GreenSaver to effectively complete all types of insulation projects both large and small. With more than ten years experience in the residential after-market construction industry, Jay is proud to lead our team of professional, knowledgeable and well trained installers in providing quality workmanship and a positive client experience.

Boris Mladjen | P. Eng.

Director – Eco Technologies

Boris is responsible for implementation and business development of renewable technologies. Boris has over 16 years of experience in the energy sector in Canada and Europe. Prior to joining GreenSaver, Boris was managing the technology development department at one of the largest energy utility companies in Canada and served on the board of directors for several energy organizations. Boris holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Helen Reed | BASc CAAP

Director – Marketing and Corporate Communications

Helen is responsible for GreenSaver’s marketing and corporate communications and also provides strategic counsel and marketing planning for Conservation Demand Management programs on behalf of GreenSavers LDC clients. Prior to joining GreenSaver, Helen had more than a decade of management experience working for several leading multinational advertising agencies including Publicis, Bates and DMB&B. During her career she has developed insightful marketing strategies and extensive multi-media communications for an array of diverse clients including Ontario Hydro, Rogers Communications, Shoppers Drug Mart, CIBC, Manulife Financial and Toronto Community Housing to name a few.
