A GreenSaver Certified Energy Auditor (CEA) conducts a Blower Door Test. This test depressurizes your home and exposes leaks and holes in your home’s building envelope.
Step 2
The CEA does a complete walkthrough of the home while the Blower Door is running and identifies leaks.
Step 4
The CEA provides you with a room by room air leakage checklist. Each leak is rated and the entire home is also given an estimated Leakage Rating.
Step 5
We recommend that you conduct a follow-up visit to ensure your draft proofing efforts were successful . If you book within 3 months of the original visit you’ll be entitled to a $25.00 discount.
