Since 2006, Vladan has been the President & CEO of GreenSaver, who currently delivers CDM programs to over 75% of Ontario households. During the past nine years, Vladan has led the transformation of GreenSaver from a small Toronto energy audit organization into one of the main delivery agents of CDM programs for the OPA, now the IESO and the Ontario local distribution companies.

Previously Vladan was President & CEO of Spaans Babcock, a multinational supplier of equipment for municipal utilities, and Vice President of Business Development for Enwave Energy Corporation, the downtown Toronto district heating and cooling utility. In addition to this, Vladan has over 20 years of effective corporate and organizational leadership in diverse industries and market segments, with a particular focus on the energy industry.  He has an extensive knowledge of the Ontario energy market and an established industry and community credibility. Vladan holds both an MBA and an Engineering degree.  He is a current and past Board Director, with a track record of dealing with complex stakeholder relationships and has extensive international business experience.

Maija is responsible for Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology and Administration for GreenSaver. She holds over 25 years of experience from various business sectors, such as retail, not-for-profit, health services, professional consulting business, printing and publishing, imaging and advertising. Maija’s most recent position was in a national retail corporation, where she held the position of CFO.

She has served as a board member and a Treasurer for the Finnish Canadian Seniors Center for five years and for the Finish Credit Union (Toronto) for six years. Maija is a Certified General Accountant /Chartered Professional Accountant and has a Certificate of Accounting from Ryerson University.

Jay Bulger

Jay has more than 15 years experience in construction, home services and energy conservation industries. He has with a proven record in strategic planning, financial management, contract management, procurement, and operations within the construction and energy conservation industries. Effective communication and strong leadership skills are key factors contributing to Jay’s success of building and managing high performing teams, effecting positive change, cost management, and long-term sustainable growth.

Henry orchestrates GreenSavers efforts to ensure the efficient delivery of conservation programs and is the primary contact for our utility partners.  He also leads the architecture behind our services as well as our tactics to reach out to utility customers on behalf of our clients.  Based on more than 10 years of Consulting experience in Finance (PricewaterhouseCoopers) and Strategy (Canadian Tire), over the last 5 years he has earned recognition in the sustainability sector where he has played an important role in deploying residential programs working with utilities across Canada. Before joining GreenSaver his focus was on the retail sector channel where he managed the programs of two important players – Home Depot and Canadian Tire.

Michelle Grenier

Manager, Program Delivery

Tom manages the relationship with GreenSaver’s utility partners, ensuring that we deliver conservation value at a favourable cost point.  He has worked to reduce the environmental footprint in the built environment for eight years, first in Vancouver and now in Toronto.  With a background in commercial retrofit and property management, he is responsible for the LDC and gas utility relationship.  Tom also works to help utilities develop conservation innovations, an increasingly important aspect of hitting utilities’ energy savings targets.

Michelle has more than 20 years of experience working with the trades industry, management and development of conservation initiatives and effective training programs to support those initiatives in Ontario. She brings many years of experience overseeing customer/client support, meeting customer and client demands, the integrity of program results, and EVM design and implementation.  With a proven track record of design and delivery strategies required for successful contract management and fulfillment she brings a comprehensive approach to conservation program delivery at GreenSaver.

John Rouse

John Rouse is GreenSaver’s Operations Manager, responsible for field delivery, internal processes and quality control. John Rouse, a seasoned professional from the Ontario utility sector, joined GreenSaver after 35 years in the electrical industry – with 20 of those years held in various management positions at Toronto Hydro and York Hydro. His areas of expertise include project management, meter-to- cash process, smart meters, water heating, emergency and storm response, requirements for new, upgraded and removed connections to the distribution system, customer and labour relations, and more.

Joey is a graduate of Queen’s University, Environmental Studies, and is proud to work in the environmental sector. After employment at a large Ontario brewery and in the e-commerce sector, Joey was thrilled at the opportunity to work in conservation to put her education to good use.  She has been with GreenSaver now for almost 5 years, and has grown from her entry level position in Client Support to now manage the busy department. She pioneered Social Media at GreenSaver, was an original member of the GreenSaver Environmental Committee, and is active in the office Social Committee.

Scott Wilson

Sales Manager – Private Sales Group

Scott has worked with Greensaver for twelve years, initially performing energy assessments of homes and small commercial buildings, and more recently as head of the private sales group.  He is responsible for managing the sales of insulation, air sealing and building diagnostics for homeowners and contractors. Prior to joining Greensaver, Scott spent many years in Toronto’s construction and renovation industry with particular expertise in the window and door field.  He has a background in civil engineering, is a Certified Energy Advisor and a Level 1 Infrared Thermographer.
